Food "RAWON"

Ever taste the typical cuisine eastern Java "rawon" yet? For people cuisine Rawon do not worry. Here I will tell rawon recipes from it. For the laity who do not know what it rawon, I will explain rawon it.Rawon is the favorite food of East Java, a kind of soup, meat with gravy typical blackish brown in the can of fruit kluwek.

Ingredients:

 How to cook:
Cut beef into small boxes.

 Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry the blended spices with lemon grass, galangal, bay leaves and orange leaves.
 Add salt and pepper to taste.
