Rice Jamblang(Sega Jamblang)
Based on data from a typical culinary books Cirebon, there areabout 300 sellers of rice or sega jamblang either hang (stall) as well as being peddled around. Jamblang name comes from the name of the area west of Cirebon city is home to food merchants.Characteristic of these foods is the use of teak as a pack of riceleaves. Meals are served in a buffet.
The menu is available including fried sambal (a slightly sweet), tofuvegetables, lung, liver or beef stew, meat ball, broil potatoes,scrambled eggs / fried eggs, fried eggs cooked chili, stew fish,salted fish, tofu and tempeh, and not miss 'blakutak', a type of squid cooked with ink.
Nothing too special on the rice, just plain white rice should berefrigerated several hours before hand, only then wrapped in teak leaves. The size of rice is not too much, just handful hands of adults.

ICED FRUIT SOUP
Iced fruit soup is very popular among the people of Indonesia.
Makes it very easy and practical.
The content of the fruit soup is a variety of fruit, syrup or simplesyrup in various flavors.
Material:
1. Agar-agar (gelatin made from color, after frozen cut the boxes)
2. 150 gr nata de coco
3. 7 pieces, cut to taste

Syrup:
200 gr sugar
400 ml water
salt to taste
Essen taste pandan / pandan leaves can too.
Mayonnaise:
250 ml coconut milk
1 pandan leaf LBR
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Boil syrup ingredients to boil, strain and chill
