Bananas Are Good for Diet

Morning banana diet or Banana Diet is a diet program that is very simple. For breakfast, you just need to eat bananas and water to room temperature.
Then for lunch, dinner, and snacking, you can eat anything as long as you do not eat after 8 pm.
