Avoid Obesity In Children

London, in order to combat obesity among people, British government, on Monday [11 / 7] released the guidelines assert that children under the age of 5 years should be able to do physical activity every day. Guidelines was the first time the government released a state, linked the presence of children under 5 years of age. Similarly, washingtonpost.com reported.

As for children up to age 18 years, the British government recommends at least a minimum of one hour of physical activity a day, including activities to build muscle and strengthen bones.In the United States, Center for Disease Control and Prevention advise children and teenagers at least move for an hour every day. According to the Institute of Medicine, an independent institute in Washington, young children should move for 15 minutes per hour.



The cause of obesity because: 
 1. Obesity is not just caused by one factor alone (overeating), but by many factors. The cause of the imbalance between caloric intake and consumption will vary from person to person. Age, gender, genetic, psychological and environmental factors all may contribute.  
2. Medical conditions and certain medications can cause or lead to obesity, although the cause is much more rare than eating too much or not physically active.
